The convenient and multifunctional mixing pump
This mixing pump G30 is the perfect equipment to work with all kind of pumpable preblended dry mortars.
By removing the pumping device it can be easily transformed from a mixing pump into a turbo continuous mixer.
A complete range of different worm pumps are available to adjust the output as required by the application or the working conditions.

The G30 is a multifunctional mixing pump which works with any common preblended dry mortars:
- lime-cement mortar
- cement mortar
- fire-proofing mortars
- gypsum
- self-levelling underlayment
- levelling compounds
- bonding and reinforcement mortars
- finish and decoration coatings
- filler
- etc.

A dosing screw is feeding the dry mortar from the hopper into the mixing chamber.
Water will be added automatically from the adjustable metering device to the turbo mixer, to produce a homogenous wet mixture filling the pumping chamber.
The mixing process is controlled by a level probe placed inside the pumping chamber.
A shaft with mixing paddles is driving the worm pump fixed below the pumping chamber to pump the wet mix in easy to connect flexible rubber hoses.
An attached compressor provides the spraying air and the inbuilt air remote control allows to start and stop the whole process from the spray gun in the operators hand.
Our complete range of different rotors and stators will provide pressure, distance and output to adjust the G30 according the requirements of the application or the working conditions.
By removing the pumping device the G30 can be used as a „turbo“ continuous mixer. -
