The great universal worm pump S5 for almost all mortar applications
The universal worm pump S5EV with infinitely adjustable output from 7 to 40 l/min processes almost all kind of wet mortars up to 6mm grain size.
The S5EV is also available fitted with the pan mixer TM, e.g. to prepare homogeneous wet mixes from special dry mortars with long requested mixing time or even job site mixtures.
The S5EV guarantees highest performance with simple operation and ease of maintenance.

The S5EV is a powerful worm pump with electric drive.
It will pump wet mixes up to 6mm grain size mixed by continuous mixers for bagged dry mortars, as well as paste-like materials out of buckets and mortars prepared with the optional pan mixer TM.
The S5EV is suitable to pump all kind of pumpable material like:- ground coat plasters,
- trowel plaster,
- adhesive and reinforcement mortars,
- masonry mortar, refractory mortar,
- sealing suspensions,
- injection mortar,
- filling and anchoring mortar,
- dispersion plaster,
- fiber mortar,
- liquid screed,
- etc.

The pan mixer of the S5EVTM version prepares a wet mix mortar.
Batch by batch open the flap of the TM to fill the hopper of the S5EV for a continuous pumping process.
The S5 drive with electric motor and variable speed gear allows setting manually the speed of the pump rotor respectively the output of the pump.
Operate the S5 with the start-stop push button at the control box of the S5 or at the cable remote control.
An optional air remote control device allows to start/stop the pump by the air valve of the spray gun when doing spraying works with an additional compressor.
Flexible hoses are connected at the outlet of the S5EV to pump the wet mixes for the required distance.
A manometer fixed at the outlet of the pump shows the pumping pressure. -
