Durchlaufmischer G50S

The G50S is a professional continuous mixer with a powerful 400V drive. 

This automatic mixing unit is to fix below a standard silo and works with any preblended dry mortar, concrete or screed. 

All such materials up to 8mm grain size will be continuously mixed with water for manually use or to feed a pump respectively a screed conveyor for professional and efficient processing. 

With an optional hopper and undercarriage the G50S can be used with bagged mortar, too. 

We recommend the G50S for processing of:

• cement mortar
• lime-cement mortar
• self-levelling underlayment
• reinforcement or bonding mortar
• finish or decoration plaster
• masonry mortar
• fire proofing mortar
• shotcrete
• floor-screed
• fine concrete
• etc.

Just fix the G50S below the silo flange. 
Connect the unit with a water hose and with a 400V supply. 
Open the silos butterfly valve and press the start button. 

A powerful 5.5kW drive activates the dosing shaft inside the dry material zone and the positive locked mixing shaft inside the mixing tube. 

The dosing shaft provides a constant flow of dry mortar into the mixing tube and an adjustable water metering device adds water and allows to set up the consistency of the wet mix.

The paddles of the rotating mixing shaft prepare a homogeneous mixture until you stop the whole process by pushing the stop button.
